We read the story of the Last Supper and I weep, overwhelmed. The children sit silently, watching, listening. Emily is especially in tune with it all and responds, "The Bible is so cool."
We imagine we are the disciples and we partake togetherwith apple juice (with food colouring) and flat bread.
Little ones are always aware of older ones.
We examine our hearts and ask forgiveness for specific things.
We are in preparation for the garden where we willundoubtedly experience deep sadness for Jesus' suffering.
But we must experience this in order to know the magnitude
of what He has done for us.
