Our boys were born in the same school year but are ten months apart. This distance has seemed like a large chasm... until now. Somehow this week, three little guys discovered hide and seek, Oliver teaching his twin cousins to count with noses pressed against a tree. They laughed and ran and tumbled and peeked around that huge trunk. They studied each other's faces and smiled. What was parallel play became real interactions for these toddlers. They found each other this week, not just in a game, but as people, and new playmates.
