Just like his Daddy, he likes his stuff to be "just so". As a result, I entered the bathroom and discovered that all my toilet paper had been efficiently displayed in a more pleasing design than the humble three I had placed myself. Likewise, Oliver's cars must be "driven" to their proper locations or it simply isn't a productive playtime :)
