Welcome Robins!

We made Robins' nests today to celebrate Spring.
The best part was that they were edible!
We stirred crushed Shreddies in a mixture of melted butter
and marshmallows and then molded them into nest shapes.
We used Cadbury Mini Eggs for our baby Robins.
We read about them at the preschool level.

Then at the primary level.

Then at the junior level.
Thank You, Lord, for beautiful Robins!

Yum! We are getting ready to study birds in a week and a half, so I'm bookmarking this for reference then! My boys will just flip at the chance to make edible nests! :)
